I used these for trail running. Theyre strong enough that I dont have to worry about rocks stabbing the bottom of my feet but still light enough that I dont feel like Im jogging with concrete shoes.

They seem to be pretty solid and reasonably comfortable shoes. My wife is worn a six for number of years, and really likes him, so I thought Id give them a try.

I said that these shoes fit as expected, HOWEVER, they are Nikes, so they run narrow and about a size smaller than a normal shoe.
