The original Nike Air Presto, originally released in 2000, was created as a kind of T-shirt for the foot, with a breathable and incredibly flexible sock-like elastic upper. FLYKNIT ORIGINS
Nike Flyknit technology was inspired by feedback from runners seeking a shoe with the snug (and virtually unnoticed) fit of a sock. Nike embarked on a four-year mission with teams of programmers, engineers and designers to create the technology needed to make the knit upper with static properties for structure and durability. Im on my feet all day. The wide width and high arch fit excellent.Running shoes have high arches. I need the high arches for the shape of my feet. This corrects my foot alignment and my knee and back pain go away.
