A retro of an classic, MJ originally wore these during the 1997 NBA Playoffs, in addition to the black and red “Flu Game” XII’s. Don’t get these mixed up with the Taxi’s. These contain black leather on the upper part of the shoe, and white leather on the side panels.
They feature a black leather upper with lizard skin print on the white portion of the upper. The red in the official colorway refers to the accents, including the Jumpman logo on the tongue. The design of the Air Jordan 12 (XII) is based on the Nisshoki, which is the Japanese rising sun flag, as well as a 19th century womens dress boot. It features stitched leather portions which radiate outward like the sun’s rays. The bottom features a white colorway, with black inserts which feature a modified herringbone pattern, which is great for grip and traction.

I have a pair of Nike that are similar and basically fit well - I ordered a half size larger and a little wider because I needed a little more room with heavy socks and to accommodate my left foot thats a little bigger - I was very pleased with the fit.
