its like running in slippers. The stretchy upper is super light and snug enough to prevent your foot from sliding around, and the Nike Free flexible sole helps allow for a comfortable natural stride. The shoes are so comfortable that its worth owning a pair just for wearing around town. love them.

As other reviewers have pointed out, this is a nice hybrid between a bare running shoe and a classic lightweight running shoe. They are extremely comfortable, the fabric is very light but strong and breathable and the sole is a unique design that makes running in these shoes awesome. Highly recommend.
